That’s exactly why I started Captured Beauty by Kay Photography — to preserve life’s most authentic, fleeting moments in a way you can hold onto forever.

After my second son was born photography became more than just a hobby for me, it became a way to freeze time in seasons where life moves too quickly. As a mom, I know how fast babies become toddlers and how quickly those missing teeth grins turn into teenage smirks. That’s why I approach every session with patience, flexibility, and an eye for the in-between moments most people don’t notice, but never forget.

Alongside family photography, I also love working with couples who are just beginning their journey together. Whether it’s an engagement session, a courthouse wedding, an elopement, an intimate ceremony surrounded by just your closest people, or you’re starting your journey of parenthood, there is something incredibly special about capturing the start of a new chapter.
